The Creglingen Jewish Museum Foundation presents a reading with the author Katja Hildebrand from Mulfingen, who will be presenting her book „Mit der Faust in der Hand“ („With a bozooka in the hand“).

In her story, based on a true story, Katja Hildebrand describes the tragedy of the „Men of Brettheim“ from the perspective of the fictional Hitler Youth Georg. She describes his journey from being accepted into the Hitler Youth to the execution of the three men in April 1945. With this book, Katja Hildebrand wants to draw attention to how easily dangerous ideas can be instilled in young people.
